In Massachusetts we pursue land assemblage and small-footprint, sustainable neighborhoods — efficient homes, shared open space, and lower cost of living without lowering the standard of living.
In tourist and emerging markets a share of units is operated as boutique short-term rentals for transient guests, while long-term residents anchor the community year round.

Markets
Massachusetts and Florida are our active markets — one built on constrained supply and long-held ownership, the other on population inflow and year-round visitor demand. Texas, Ohio, and North Carolina are on our horizon as we study submarkets and build local relationships.
In our pipeline
Approximately forty acres under review as a sustainable, community-driven tiny home neighborhood — small-footprint homes, shared green space, and a light touch on the land. Concept and feasibility work is underway ahead of a planned capital raise.
