About RH Capital

Built to harmonize capital, land, and community.

RH Capital is the real estate arm of Real Harmony Enterprises. We acquire value-add multifamily and land in emerging and tourist markets and develop them into holistic, sustainable places — homes people can afford to live in, neighborhoods that hold their character, and boutique stays that bring visitors into the local economy rather than pushing residents out of it.

Where we invest

Massachusetts & Florida

Massachusetts is our home base. Constrained supply, decades-old ownership, and real demand for attainable housing make it the right place for our value-add work and for land assemblage — including tiny home development, our current focus, with a roughly forty-acre site in Western Massachusetts under review.

Florida is our growth market, where population inflow and year-round visitor demand support communities that blend long-term residents with boutique short-term stays.

Eyes on next

TexasOhioNorth Carolina

We're building relationships and studying submarkets in these three states for our next expansion. No properties are owned or under contract in these markets.

Our strategies

Creative development, patiently executed.

Value-add multifamily

Buildings with real operational upside: below-market rents, mismanaged expenses, or deferred physical work. We reposition with our own teams and hold for long-term cash flow and community stability.

Land & tiny home communities

Our current Massachusetts focus. Thoughtful land purchases developed into sustainable, small-footprint neighborhoods with shared green space — attainable housing that respects the landscape it sits on.

Hospitality-blended residential

In tourist and emerging markets, a portion of units operates as boutique short-term rentals for transient guests, while long-term residents anchor the community year round.

Disposition & assignments

Not everything we source fits our hold strategy. When it doesn't, we place the contract with a cash buyer from our list — a disposition tool that keeps our pipeline moving, not a headline business.

Our bench

Everything under one roof.

Management, interior design, architecture, and general contracting all sit inside Real Harmony. The people who price a project are the people who build and run it.

Property & hospitality management

Our own team runs leasing, guest experience, and resident relations — both long-term homes and boutique short-term stays.

Interior design

In-house design sets a finish standard that feels boutique for guests and durable for residents, without over-improving.

Architecture

Architect-led site and layout work unlocks density, walkability, and small-footprint housing others miss in due diligence.

Contracting

Our contractors price the scope we underwrite, then build it — accountability stays inside the company.
